my choices as well. WV must have change and a continuation of the old guard will not yield progress only more stagnation of thought, real ideas, real change and change in rankings. We can no longer vote the same way unless of course you enjoy being the worst in .ost metrics and want no clear mandate for change. We will see what guides this state - love of mediocrity or desire for a real future.

Puhleeeze, Linda. Put down the Kool-Aid already. If Joe was so popular, why didn’t he win Putnam, Roane, Jackson, and Mason for Lees? He was practically living there during the election.
