When people see me they ask when I am going to write about the end of the session. It is forthcoming, I promise. I just have to recover.
Here are some pictures of the last night to tide you over until I begin pontificating again:

Tom Smith of PBS interviewing Senator Helmick before the floor session

Our invaluable IT guy, Jeff Rogers, and the Assistant
to the Clerk, Rick Winnell.

The Senators milling about before session. Senator Harrison is
in the foreground talking to someone outside the picture.

Inside the Governor’s mansion.

Looking into the Governor’s mansion.

Beth Vorhees getting ready PBS’s broadcast of the final session.

The PBS broadcast from above. Notice the Starbucks drink.
Now we know her secret.

The session was tiring for everyone. Ira Bostick, one of the Senate’s
doormen, catches a well-deserved Monday morning nap.

I believe this was absolutely the WORST session that we have had in a long time.
Insanity is electing the same people again and again expecting different results.
Those pix are excellent photography!
Does the Pentagon-shaped table PBS uses mean anything?
(Just trying to start trouble!)

Thanks for the compliment. I’m trying to sell the camera! If you are interested let me know.
I would comment on the Pentagon-shaped table, but we Starbucks drinkers should stick together.
I miss those days, though it was usually watching Otis Leggett sleep.
