Waste of time

The Senate Judiciary created a resolution criticizing the President and Congress for the Patriot Act that “implores the United States Congress to correct…measures that infringe on civil liberties” and end them.

While it amazes me that in the face of more bills than time the Senate leadership would consider taking this resolution up, what is even more astounding is their dissent to the Patriot act. Instead of making the reasoned arguments for the Act that we know, I’ll let the eloquent Cox and Forkum do the talking.
