Senator Sprouse did it. He sued Governor Manchin for his overly restrictive language in his call. The Supreme Court considered our brief, and ruled favorably. They are asking for a response from the Governor, have stricken the restrictive language in the call and have set a court date for 9:00 am on Monday.
